Job Title: Temporary Groundworks Labourer

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Temporary Groundworks Labourer to join our Facilities Technical Team to support pothole repair projects.

Working alongside experienced technicians, the successful candidate will assist in delivering high-quality concrete surface repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and executing pothole and surface repairs on site
  • Maintain and clean tools and materials used during repairs
  • Follow instructions from technical team members and work collaboratively to meet daily targets (up to 5 potholes per day)
  • Keep work areas safe and clean during and after tasks
  • Report progress and observations to the Team Lead/Site Supervisor
  • Previous experience in groundworks, concrete repair, or general labouring is preferred
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices on active worksites
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive
  • Experience with concrete repair materials and techniques is advantageous
  • Experience on industrial or infrastructure sites
  • Forklift awareness (not essential but a plus)
