Job summary

FASHION PERSONNEL is seeking an experienced Garment Technologist for a 4-6 week temporary assignment with a strong focus on denim and woven product categories.

You will lead fit sessions, manage grading and construction, produce technical briefs for suppliers, ensure quality and compliance, and collaborate with Buying, Design, QA and Supply Chain.

This role offers a fast-paced fashion head office environment and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience in denim and woven product construction, fit, and grading.
• Strong knowledge of fabric performance, compliance, and labelling.
• Proficient with Excel and managing technical data.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit sessions and manage fit, grading and garment construction.

• Ensure quality, compliance, testing and labelling standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fit sessions and manage fit, grading and garment construction
• Produce technical briefs and fit comments for suppliers
• Ensure quality, compliance, testing and labelling standards are met
• Work closely with Buying, Design, QA and Supply Chain teams
• Maintain technical documentation and critical path updates
• Support warehouse QC, inspections and returns analysis

About You

• Experienced across denim, outerwear, tailoring, trousers and woven products
• Strong knowledge of construction, grading, fabric performance and compliance
• Confident using Excel and managing technical data
• Proactive, organised and able to hit the ground running
