Job description

Our client is seeking a versatile maintenance technician for a flexible schedule, working either 5 days a week or a couple of days until at least September. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of independently managing tasks such as painting, building stud walls, plumbing, and conducting regular maintenance checks. The role also involves PAT testing, replacing taps, drilling posts into the ground, and other related duties.

Note: The client will consider applicants who are unable to perform PAT testing.

This position has the potential to become full-time and permanent for the right candidate.
