This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in hospitality or customer service, looking to gain experience in a professional and welcoming setting.

  • Welcome and direct visitors and guests
  • Set up and clean down meeting rooms before and after use
  • Prepare and serve refreshments
  • Take telephone enquiries and redirect to the appropriate contacts
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up to specification
