Role Overview

Our client, a global investor dedicated to human rights, justice, and democratic governance, is seeking a Temporary Front of House Coordinator to join their London team for a 6-month contract. This fully office-based role in Farringdon offers a chance to support a meaningful cause while ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and resolve ad hoc workplace requests.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, including managing home working requests.
  • Conduct daily checks of office facilities, including kitchen, meeting rooms, and collaboration spaces.
  • Manage visitor processes to ensure a positive experience.
  • Implement improvements to enhance staff and visitor experience.
  • Ensure safety and maintenance standards are met through regular checks and health & safety compliance.
  • Verify third-party supplier certifications and documentation.
  • Participate in emergency response activities.
  • Act as the point of contact for building reception.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including security access.
  • Greet visitors and handle incoming deliveries.
  • Assist with vendor management for cleaning, catering, and maintenance services.
  • Order office supplies and stationery.
