Job summary

Pertemps Leicester Industrial is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to cover the Leicester site from 2 November to 10 November. You will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and directing callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception.

The role requires reliable, friendly and organized individuals with good communication skills and attention to detail. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, and Friday 8:30am–3:15pm, with pay at £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous reception, front-of-house or administration experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and approachable manner
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Reliable and available for the full temporary assignment

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and signing them in
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Responding to general enquiries
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Supporting with general reception and administration duties
• Ensuring the reception area is kept professional and welcoming
