Forklift Driver - Reach & Counterbalance
Location: Hayes
Start Date: 14th July 2025
Pay: GBP13.00 - GBP14.00 per hour + Holiday Pay
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 and 12:00 - 20:00

Are you an experienced Forklift Driver with a valid Reach licence and a flexible attitude? We have an urgent opportunity to join a leading business in Hayes with a fantastic team and a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The Role: You ll be supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, working across teams such as inventory and transport. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, teamwork, and physical stamina - you must be comfortable with some heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Scanning and locating stock
• Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• Supporting warehouse operations across departments
• Organising and prioritising workloads
• Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and team

What You ll Need:

• Valid Reach Forklift licence (essential)
• Counterbalance forklift experience (preferred)
• Previous manual handling experience
• Good level of physical fitness
• Basic computer literacy
• Previous experience in a fast-moving warehouse setting
• Team-oriented with a flexible attitude
