Temporary Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Falfield, near Bristol
Salary: £14 – £16 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary Assignment

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to support our client’s hotel in Falfield, near Bristol. This is a temporary role offering immediate start, ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality who can step in and take charge of F&B operations, and can cover Adhoc shifts for our client.

You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar, and events, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction are delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s food & beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and events

  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Manage staff rotas, ensuring sufficient cover during busy service times

  • Support with stock control, ordering, and supplier management

  • Handle guest queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally

  • Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B areas

  • Report directly to the General Manager and support with operational decisions

Requirements

  • Flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to changing demands
