Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a long-standing client in the property lettings industry on National scale, who are seeking a focused individual with excellent attention to detail to join their team to support in a busy period of system integration.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with previous experience in a clerical finance role, and be afforded the opportunity to be working in a modern, open-plan office, for a business with strong reputation.

Responsibilities
  • Download and process financial statements accurately
  • Use initiative to research and investigate discrepancies or findings
  • Identify, report, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to deposit returns across multiple software platforms
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data is logged and updated consistently
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills; able to prioritise a busy workload
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and quick to learn new finance/CRM systems
  • Confident communicator by phone and email; handles difficult conversations with empathy and firmness
  • High attention to detail and numeracy; accurate record-keeping and reconciliations
  • Genuine long-term career motivation in accounts/credit control; reliable team player
