Join Our Clients Team as a Temporary Finance Administrator/Analyst!

Location: Leeds (LS15) + Hybrid working

Contract Type: Temporary to support with a Project

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: September 2025 - May be potential to extend

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Thursday & Friday work from home)

Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £15.50 (Depending on experience) + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits

Our client, a rapidly growing global retail brand, is looking for Accounts Receivable/Payable/Administration professionals seeking an exciting challenge.

You should have experience in a similar role or strong administrative skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position requires motivation, organization, and teamwork.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Validate and process a high volume of debit notes, ensuring adherence to approval processes.
  • Categorize debit notes by type, ensuring all documentation is accurate and securely stored within the deductions system.
  • Manage refund allocations and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to aid in calculating accruals and resolving issues.
  • Uphold confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Support fellow team members as needed.

  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve queries promptly.
