We are pleased to be working with a growing business in Cheltenham that is currently looking for a Finance Administrator to provide support to a busy finance team on a temporary part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage third-party invoicing portals and act as the main point of contact for customer queries
  • Support the onboarding of new customers to invoicing platforms
  • Assist with ad hoc finance tasks, including month-end processes
  • Generate reports on invoicing performance and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to streamline invoicing and reduce manual processes

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Basic understanding of finance and invoicing processes
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good numeracy and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to use initiative

Contract Details:

  • Temporary contract (3 months)
  • Part-time, 22.5 hours per week
