A nationally recognised charity is seeking an Events Executive to support their High Value Partnerships Events team. This role involves coordinating invites, managing suppliers, and ensuring smooth delivery of online and in-person events. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative and project management skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and online platforms. The position offers £18.45 per hour and can be fully remote or hybrid, with immediate start.
Rate: £18.45 per hour + holiday pay
Immediate start - 3 months temporary position
Location: Can be fully remote or hybrid, with availability required for three key events leading up to Christmas in London.

As an Events Executive, you will support the smooth running of the events programme during one of our busiest periods. Your role will ensure events are delivered efficiently and successfully, providing meaningful experiences for attendees.
You will be highly organised, with excellent time management and administrative skills. You thrive when managing multiple projects, thinking creatively, and building strong relationships. Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics, email tools, and online platforms such as Zoom is desirable.
