Rate: £18.45 per hour + holiday pay

Immediate start - 3 months temporary position

Location: Can be fully remote or hybrid, with availability required for three key events leading up to Christmas in London.

This is a crucial temporary role supporting the High Value Partnerships Events team to deliver a programme of tailored online and in-person events.

About The Role

As an Events Executive, you will support the smooth running of the events programme during one of our busiest periods. Your role will ensure events are delivered efficiently and successfully, providing meaningful experiences for attendees.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Coordinating invites, managing mail-outs, creating event materials, and booking venues and catering
  • Liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotes, and managing procurement
  • Managing guest lists, the events inbox, and tracking attendance data
  • Supporting both online and in-person events to ensure smooth delivery
About You

You will be highly organised, with excellent time management and administrative skills. You thrive when managing multiple projects, thinking creatively, and building strong relationships. Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics, email tools, and online platforms such as Zoom is desirable.
