Temporary Events Assistant - Property launch events, London

This role is based in London, United Kingdom, and requires an EU work permit. The position is a temporary contract supporting property launch events, with a start date of Tuesday, 6th May, and ongoing until the end of the year. The pay rate is £15.00 per hour, working 3/4 days a week, with Fridays off.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Guest List Coordination: Managing email responses, maintaining guest lists, editing spreadsheets, and following up with guests to ensure high attendance.
  2. Event Planning and Logistics: Ordering gifts, organizing materials, and ensuring smooth event execution.
  3. Office Administration: Ordering supplies, handling postal tasks, and supporting team operations during leave periods.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to teamwork.
