A global customer experience leader is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to maintain and develop dashboards for customer success. This role involves designing interactive dashboards, querying databases using SQL, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of SQL experience and proficiency in dashboard tools like Tableau. This is a full-time position based in the UK, with no sponsorship available.
Foundever and Intuit are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team on a 6-month contractual basis. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and develop Customer Success dashboards that analyze and report on revenue-generating and customer experience activities. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of user-friendly and comprehensive executive dashboards.
You will be working on behalf of our client, Intuit, a global fintech leader renowned for driving prosperity through innovative financial solutions, trusted by millions of customers worldwide.
