Job Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor and track order statuses, providing updates to customers as needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer service standards.
- Deliver excellent support to both new and existing customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Support Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software.
- A detail-oriented approach to work with excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a temporary role with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude toward problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
