Job Description:

Temporary Customer Services Coordinator based in Birmingham | Fully Office-Based | £12.50 per hour | Starting immediately.

One of my clients, an environmental company, is looking for a Customer Services Advisor to start immediately on a temporary basis. You will be customer-focused, enjoy interaction with people, and help to provide solutions.

Your communication skills will be second to none; nothing would be too much trouble, and you will do all you can to help give the best customer experience.

You will have worked in a customer services role previously for a minimum of six months.

Your role:

• Assisting customers with registration or account creation
• Assisting with queries day to day
• Telephone enquiries
• Troubleshooting and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner

About you:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Active listener
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of customer relationship management tools
• Ability to work well as part of a team or independently

You must be available to work immediately and be willing to travel into the office 5 days a week, so it's fully office-based. You will be available on an ongoing basis.
