Temporary Customer Services Associates - Multiple Roles

£111.53 per day plus holiday pay accrual

Location: London

Working hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm, Office-based, Monday to Friday

Duration: 6 weeks with possible extension

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our client's customers, you will provide support and guidance during sensitive times, embodying the company's mission in the death tech space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial contact via phone, email, and chat, providing empathetic responses to inquiries.
  • Assist customers in navigating products and services with clear information.
  • Resolve issues promptly and compassionately, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of customer interactions.
  • Collect and report customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support strategies.
Required Skills
  • Experience in customer service or support preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sensitivity and rapport-building ability.
  • Patience and discretion when dealing with vulnerable customers.
