About Our Client

Our client is a leader in the not-for-profit space and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Stockport office on an on-going temporary basis. There is a high chance this could go perm for the right candidate!

Job Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Effectively respond to all customer enquiries, promoting the benefits of the Service.
  • Always provide excellent customer services, recording data accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Deliver Services in accordance with all relevant Policies and Procedures, KPIs and meet the TSA Quality Standards Framework.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, partner organisations and ASC.
  • Correctly programme and install equipment to ensure customers receive the service they need in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of relevant contracts and Service Level Agreements and KPIs are achieved.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience within a customer service based role, particularly telephony based experience.
  • Have access to a vehicle for work and hold a full driving licence.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
