Position: Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Location: Cowley

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Planet Recruitment have registered a new opportunity for a well-established organisation who are seeking a temporary Customer Service person based on the outskirts of Cowley, Oxfordshire. Due to location you will ideally drive however can be accessible via public transport.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Customer First Support Line: Serve as the initial point of contact, delivering superior customer experience via phone, email, and (video) chat.
2. Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert guidance on product-related topics (installation, usage, maintenance) and services (delivery, warranty) and handle complaints, offering appropriate solutions and follow-ups to ensure resolution.
3. Coordination: Communicate with transport service providers to ensure seamless delivery processes.
4. Order Processing: Manage orders, returns, and complaints efficiently in our e-commerce system.
5. System Monitoring: Ensure smooth operations by regularly checking system processes and payment options to deliver a flawless online store experience.
6. Reporting: Keep records of core performance metrics, including NPS, CSAT, and other customer KPIs, to drive improvement initiatives.
7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements for optimized service delivery and data maintenance.
8. Community Management (Social Media): Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.

Experience / Qualifications:

1. Fluency in English for communication in a global environment.
2. Previous experience within a customer support role.
3. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
4. Strong communication and teamwork abilities to foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.
5. Exceptional self-organization and time management skills to stay ahead of goals.
6. A commitment to continuous learning, self-improvement, and process optimization.
7. Solid IT skills and adaptability to new systems and tools.
