Each JoJo store is unique, whether it’s trading over two floors, having a quirky layout, or being situated in an interesting place. Our USP is the relationship we build with our customers, many of whom are loyal to our brand and local store team. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the face of JoJo, providing excellent customer care and service. You’ll guide, inform, and assist customers in purchasing our range of clothing and products, including expectant parents, grandparents, and families.

Our principles are rooted in our B Corp status, emphasizing ethical practices. As we transition into a digital retail environment, offering Omni-Channel customer service is essential. You will take ownership of preparing and shipping orders for services like Ship from Store and Click and Collect.

A day in the life:

  • Assisting customers with diverse needs, from bra fitting to demonstrating baby carriers.
  • Preparing Omni-Channel orders.
  • Communicating with customers in-store or via phone regarding orders.
  • Using digital platforms to develop your retail skills.
  • Learning about new products to increase sales opportunities.
  • Listening actively to customer needs and providing solutions.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Work schedule: A typical week involves 3 shifts of 4 hours, with flexibility required based on store needs.
