This excellent regional firm require an experienced Credit Controller to co-ordinate a range of debt management tasks, providing efficient support to a busy Property Management Team.

The role is based in their modern Loughborough Town Centre office, where you can expect to be working in a lovely, thriving team where no two days are the same! In addition to an immediate start, our client is currently offering around 4-6 weeks employment, however long-term opportunities may become available for candidates who do well!

  • Chase rent payments from tenants
  • Manage monthly payments on behalf of clients
  • Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries
  • Provide general administration support to the team

Skills & Experience

  • Previous credit control experience, ideally chasing rent arrears
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Happy with communicating at all levels via telephone and email
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational and timekeeping skills
