Recruitment Solutions NW Ltd is seeking a Temporary Credit Controller to join the finance team in Bury for an initial four‑month assignment. The role focuses on chasing overdue invoices, maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting the cash collection process.

You will contact customers by phone and email, monitor aged debt, allocate payments, reconcile accounts and investigate payment queries. Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems are required.

Competenze

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Confident speaking with customers about overdue payments.
• Organised, accurate and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting or finance systems.

Mansioni

• Contact customers by phone and email to follow up overdue invoices.
• Monitor aged debt and keep account notes and records accurate.
• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Investigate invoice and payment queries, working with colleagues to resolve them.
• Support regular credit control reporting and help maintain an accurate sales ledger.
