Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary for our client, a well-established solicitors in St Helens, on a temporary basis for 4 weeks, with an immediate start.

Key Duties:

  • Preparing and typing legal documents including contracts, letters, and completion statements
  • Audiotyping of documentation
  • Managing correspondence with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
  • Maintaining accurate client files and case records
  • Liaising with mortgage lenders and local authorities
  • Assisting with the smooth progression of conveyancing transactions
