Temporary Christmas Sales Associate - Part Time - Commission, incentives and great staff discount.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of H. Samuel in our stores during the Christmas period, reflecting our brand, culture and customers.
• Provide quality customer service, answering questions, showcasing products, and helping the team meet targets.
• Gift-wrap jewellery, watches or other items as requested and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Learn quickly about products and gain jewellery expertise you can share with customers.
• Work additional hours during peak trading periods, Bank Holidays and weekends as required.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required.
• Positive, can-do attitude with an natural ability to converse with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to reflect Signet’s brand and culture and adapt to a fashion-conscious, business casual environment.
