Job description

This role is being advertised by Brightwork, recruiting for our clients based in Edinburgh, requiring temporary Chefs for client sites.

Our Edinburgh-based clients have immediate openings for canteen-based Chefs for short, interim, and long-term bookings.

Requirements:

• Previous Chef experience
• SVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum)

Main duties include:

• Preparation and cooking of all meals
• Stock control
• HACCP duties

Hours of work: Rota-based, typically 0700-1500, 1000-1800, or 0700-1800, five days over seven.

Pay rate: £16.00 per hour
