Our client is looking for a professional Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly Call Centre team. The role provides great variety, with a mixture of telephone and digital queries for the role-holder to resolve.

Our client has a small, fully office-based team in the heart of Nottingham, and they also offer a good work life balance as the hours are just Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. Initially, the role starts off on a temporary basis (like a probationary period) however a permanent opportunity is available for the right candidate.

  • Provide first class customer service to customers
  • Handle a range of calls from initial contact through to resolution
  • Offer advice and guidance to customers who have experienced problems
  • Use a bespoke services to enter information relevant to resolution
  • Identify the most appropriate solution to customer’s queries

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to deal with various customers
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Previous experience of delivering customer service to a high standard
  • Able to handle queries from a variety of customers
