Temporary Administrative Assistant - Export Documentation
Location: Evesham
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Contract: 6 weeks

We\'re currently looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team in Evesham on a 6-week assignment. This role will focus on completing and organising export documentation to make sure our records are fully up to date and audit-ready.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Reviewing paper files stored in the warehouse
  • Uploading missing paperwork (such as signed collection notes) into our system
  • Contacting a small number of customers to gather missing export evidence
  • Collating and uploading emailed documents against invoices, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Supporting colleagues across Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance with documentation queries
What we\'re looking for
  • Previous admin experience (ideally in logistics, supply chain, or export documentation)
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills when liaising with customers and internal teams
  • Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines within the 6-week timeframe
