Available position:

Temporary Admin Support Role, based in West Reading.
The aim of the temporary admin support position is to provide additional administrative support over the summer to our existing school and nursery team.

Duties include but are not restricted to:

  1. Answering phone calls/ making phone calls to customers
  2. Providing excellent customer service at all times
  3. Processing orders
  4. Data entry (Word/ Excel proficient)
  5. General administrative office duties such as filing, printing labels, producing menus

The ideal candidate must be:

  1. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  2. Organised with the ability to prioritise
  3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word/ Excel
  4. Previous administrative experience desirable
  5. Able to provide excellent customer service

Additional Information:

Ideally, this position is to start on 12th May 2025. This is a temporary summer vacancy to support the implementation of data entry for a new system. The role will end upon completion of successful implementation and therefore an exact finish date is difficult to establish prior to this.
