Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Controller to join a company on a temporary basis for 3 months. This is the leading, trusted regulatory partner for leading retailers and manufacturers globally, dedicated to protecting global brands and customers through labelling compliance excellence.

This role is fully remote - must be UK based with UK experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Chasing up invoice queries
2. Raising invoices in a manual and process driven system
3. Working with the Credit Controller closely to resolve billing and invoice queries
4. Issuing invoices and receipts to clients for money received
5. Updating account information and records of clients

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a high volume, low value, fast paced AR role.
2. Motivation to work from home 100% remotely
3. Easy going and happy to take direction from the wider finance team
4. Able to work collaboratively with a remote, well-established team
5. Available to start a temporary role, immediately or on maximum 1 week notice
6. Xero and Dynamics 365 knowledge
7. FMCG or large name retailers is ideal but not essential
