Overview

Temporary Accommodation Project Administrator needed in South East London. Paying £17.23 per hr. ref OR10278. Full time hours on a temporary basis.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Resettlement Team. This pivotal role supports the Tenancy Management and Resettlement Team Leader and Compliance Officer, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and maintaining high compliance standards across the team. You will play a key part in managing data, coordinating communications, and supporting project delivery within our temporary accommodation services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with data gathering and cleansing for project initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and produce weekly reports on expired certificates.
  • Monitor alerts on compliance spreadsheets and liaise with Heating and Electric teams regarding gas safety checks.
  • Notify providers when properties fall below required standards.
  • Ensure 100% compliance across PSL, HAP, and PMA properties.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Handle phone and email communications professionally.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and update project documentation.
  • Cross-check data across multiple databases for accuracy.
  • Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and report to senior colleagues.
  • Write and maintain clear, accurate documents and databases.
  • Arrange property access for inspections and certification (gas, electric, EPC).
  • Identify and escalate potential project risks or issues.
  • Collect and analyse data for project evaluation and reporting.
  • Work independently to plan actions, liaise with stakeholders, and report progress.
  • Produce engaging reports and presentations.
  • Build relationships with partner organizations and explore collaborative opportunities.
  • Manage data in line with data protection legislation and best practices.
