Job Description:

Howden Joinery is looking for a Template and installation Coordinator to join our team based at our manufacturing site in Normanton, West Yorkshire, where we produce and manufacture bespoke stone worktops.

As a Template and Installation Coordinator, you will work across two teams and be responsible for coordinating the template and installation teams for Howden Work Surfaces.

What will you be doing as a Template and Installation Coordinator:

  • Acting as the point of contact for the template and Installation departments, ensuring coordination between both teams
  • Set up and maintain accurate system information for each template and installation to include any customer-specific requirements
  • Produce and issue clear, concise instructions for the installations team attending every job, including any customer-specific requirements or information
  • Ensure “right 1st time” for Work Surfaces installation
  • Record information on the company CRM at all stages of the installation.

What do you need to Qualify for the Template and Installation Coordinator:

  • At least 3 years of coordination or administration experience in a busy office environment is essential
  • The ability to communicate across different levels within the business and remain calm under pressure.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel and Outlook)
  • Effectively work under pressure and achieve results
  • Ability to multi-task, being flexible to meet customer and business needs
  • The ability to thoroughly investigate and overcome potential problems in a timely manner
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
