Job summary

Quest Employment are recruiting for Warehouse Picker & Packer roles at our client site in Lutterworth. You will join a busy warehouse operation on a 2pm-10pm shift, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £12.58 per hour and ongoing temporary work.

Responsibilities include picking orders with pick sheets or scanners, packing for dispatch, checking quality, stocking and maintaining safe, tidy working areas. DBS checks apply; prior experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail to pick accurately from sheets or scanners.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld scanners.
• Packing orders securely and efficiently for dispatch.
• Checking products for quality and reporting discrepancies.
• Labelling and preparing goods for shipment.
• Stock replenishment and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Following health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
