You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, making it essential for the ideal candidate to be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

This role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

  • Handle customer renewals and enquire about additional services
  • Look after logistics units and understand products and services available
  • Assist with general admin tasks relating to customers
  • Maintain Social Media content and LinkedIn account
  • Research competitors and industry experts to generate potential sales leads

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar office-based position
  • Previous experience in the logistics sector advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of B2B social media accounts and content creation advantageous
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office systems
