Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting a Machine Operator to join a busy printing and packaging production team in the Keighley Area. The role is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will set up and operate printing and window patching machinery, monitor quality, perform basic maintenance, and work to production schedules. Flexible to occasional Saturdays, this is a full-time day-shift role with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in print, packaging, production, or converting environments would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operating printing and window patching machinery.
• Setting up and preparing machines for production runs.
• Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Working to production schedules and customer specifications.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
