Are you an experienced IT Engineer who is passionate about the modernisation of IT? Do you have an interest in implementing AI analytics to improve processes on behalf a reputable business?

If so, Express Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior IT Engineer to work on behalf of a rapidly growing training company who are based local to Nottingham City Centre. Due to successful growth, and implementation of new systems, our client is looking to improve their IT Support service for all internal and external users.

Responsibilities

• Implement and use a range of AI analytics to reduce risks of IT issues
• Support with onboarding of new users and ensure correct access status is assigned
• Ensure complete coverage of all daily IT support for internal and external users
• Provide complete support for any company hardware issues, including procurement
• Support with IT upgrades, replacements, configuration, and general management
• Resolution of any backup issues and ensure it is constantly monitored

Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in a similar IT based role
• Formal IT qualification or similar field
• Proven 1st, 2nd and 3rd line fix capabilities
• Demonstratable ability of working on a lone basis
• Ability to communicate with people from all levels

Vacancy Summary
