Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Bridgwater is seeking an HGV Class 1 Driver for a temp-to-perm, full-time role. You will undertake refrigerated multi-drop deliveries to retail outlets, with up to 15 drops per shift, and operate tail lifts and cages. Immediate starts after assessment and induction.

The role requires flexibility with shift patterns (days and nights), adherence to WTD/EU regs, and a positive, service-focused attitude. Benefits include pension, life assurance, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating HGV Class 1 vehicles.
• In-date DIGI and CPC cards.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Honest, reliable and organized.
• Knowledge of WTD/EU regs.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on driving and vehicle prep.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery and refuelling.
• Deliveries to retail stores while maintaining schedules.
• Ensure high levels of customer service on the round and orders fulfilled on time.
