Our client is looking for a professional Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. The role provides great variety, with a mixture of telephone and digital queries for the role-holder to resolve.

Our client has a small, fully office-based team of c20 individuals to the south of Sheffield, not within the City Centre, so please only apply for this opportunity if you are prepared to work in the office full-time. The hours provide the opportunity to work sociable hours of either 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6 Monday to Friday with the expectation that individuals work around 1 in 4 Saturdays. Parking is free and on-site.

  • Provide first class customer service to vulnerable customers
  • Take ownership of calls, from initial contact through to resolution
  • Offer advice and guidance to customers who have experienced problems
  • Use a bespoke services to enter information relevant to resolution
  • Identify the most appropriate solution to customer’s queries

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, shifts between 8am-6pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9-4)

Duration: Temp to Perm subject to 12 week Temporary basis
