Your new role
You will be managing a team of 5. The main responsibilities are:

1. Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential clients through detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
2. Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure effective credit management.
3. Monitor and manage the company's credit portfolio, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
4. Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to establish credit limits and terms for new and existing clients.
5. Prepare and present credit reports to senior management, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
6. Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Provide guidance and support to the credit team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

What you'll need to succeed

2. Have experience leading/managing a team
3. At least 5 years experience working in Credit Management
