Right Now Group is seeking a proactive Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join its Temps Division in a fast-paced environment. You will manage temporary recruitment requirements, develop client relationships and coordinate workers across multiple sectors.

The role blends recruitment, sales, account management and workforce coordination, with opportunities to develop client accounts and fill urgent staffing needs. A dynamic, results-driven team environment awaits in Staines.

Qualifications

• Experience in temporary recruitment or staffing coordination.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and candidates.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for temporary staffing.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client workforce requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.
• Source, screen and register candidates for temporary assignments.
• Recruit warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, HGV drivers, engineers, and customer service staff.
• Manage worker availability, shift patterns and temporary bookings.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance and right-to-work checks.
