We are working with a global media business to bring an HR Assistant onto their team on an ongoing temporary basis.
This role involves HR coordination across the full employee lifecycle, including acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, onboarding, offboarding, providing low-level ER support, and assisting with various project work.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of HR administrative experience, preferably in a creative or matrixed environment. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, confident in building relationships across the organization, resilient, and proactive in supporting the team.
This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days in the office located in Central London.
