Description

  • Provide proactive, practical HR advice and support to employees and managers across a range of people matters.

  • Advise on and manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.

  • Support the delivery of core HR processes such as onboarding, probation reviews, appraisals, and offboarding.

  • Collaborate with People Partners/HRBPs to support organizational change, restructures, and engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation and record-keeping in line with GDPR and company policies.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and employee experience initiatives.

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.

  • Coach and develop line managers in effective people management practices.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all HR activities

Profile

  • roven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.

  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
