Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting a Postal Delivery Driver in Nottingham for a temporary multi‑drop role. Start is immediate; 30 hours a week at £13.69 per hour, Monday to Friday with weekend availability.

You will load deliveries at the local office, use a handheld for signatures and navigation, and deliver by foot or vehicle, lifting up to 20 kg. A full UK driving licence (6 points max) is required, with good time management and customer service. Outdoor work in all weather conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required with up to 6 points.
• Experience in delivery or driving is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Start shift at the local delivery office to sort and load deliveries.
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle.
• Use handheld device for signature capture and route navigation.
• Lift and carry mail bags up to 16–20 kg.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
