Job Description

  • Supporting the HR department with day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and updating internal systems as required.
  • Assisting with recruitment activities, including coordination of interviews.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Preparing HR-related documentation, including employment contracts and letters.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address HR needs effectively

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temp HR Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in a HR administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to start immediately is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
