Job summary

HRGO Recruitment are seeking reliable General Labourer / Operatives to join our client’s team in Purfleet, Essex. This is a hands-on role within a busy site environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring work areas are maintained to a high standard.

Responsibilities include assisting with site duties, loading/unloading materials, maintaining safety, and aiding with production and warehouse activities. PPE is provided on site, with potential to gain a Forklift Truck licence.

Qualifications

• Previous labouring, warehouse, production, or operative experience.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to carry out physical duties and manual handling.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with general site duties and labouring tasks.
• Loading and unloading materials and stock safely.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Operating equipment and machinery following appropriate training.
• Assisting with jet washing and general maintenance duties.
• Supporting colleagues with production and warehouse activities as required.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
