Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking a Cross-Functional Front of House Team Member in Brighton. You’ll rotate between roles like running food, serving guests, maintaining a clean floor, and preparing drinks. If you’re upbeat, quick on your feet, and eager to contribute, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and care.

• Run food, clear tables, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Monitor guest flow and seating plans and support guests waiting.
• Adapt to different FOH roles as needed throughout the day.

The Role

What You’ll Do
