Côte Brasserie in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a friendly Cross-Functional Front of House Team Member to join our busy restaurant. You'll rotate between running food, serving guests, keeping the floor clean, and preparing drinks, bringing energy and warmth to every shift.

Ideal candidates are upbeat, quick on their feet, and enjoy teamwork. Prior hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus; we offer flexible shifts, fortnightly pay, and employee meal benefits.

The Role

We’re looking for a Cross-Functional Front of House Team Member who thrives on variety and loves working with people. In this role, you’ll rotate between positions like running food, serving our guests, keeping the restaurant floor clean and tidy or preparing drinks. No two shifts are the same, and that’s what makes it exciting.

What You’ll Do

• Strong communicator who enjoys working in a team
• Dependable, punctual, and always ready to learn
• Prior experience in customer facing role or hospitality is a plus
