Job summary

Proman in Flint seeks an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to service paper machine equipment. Temporary role through Christmas with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include planned, preventative and predictive maintenance, fault finding on PLC-controlled equipment, and collaboration with engineering teams to reduce downtime. Shift pattern 6am-6pm/6pm-6am, 2 days/2 nights, 4-on 6-off, £27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrical engineer or technician with apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance within manufacturing/process environments.
• Nice-to-have instrumentation knowledge.
• Strong fault-finding on automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, preventative and predictive maintenance on paper machine equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and instrumentation faults and resolve root causes.
