Job summary

Confidential, based near Twickenham, is seeking a Temp Credit Controller for a 6- to 8-week assignment. The role offers an hourly rate of £15–£20 plus holiday pay, with the first two weeks at the office and the remaining weeks a mix of home and office work.

You will manage customer accounts, chase payments, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, while preparing debt status reports and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.

Temp Credit Controller

Based: Twickenham, day rate parking close by and next to public transport

Start: 12th November for 6-8 weeks

Hourly Rate: 15p/h- 20p/h plus holiday pay

Monday to Friday, first 2 weeks based at the office, then 2 days working from home

Join our client's dynamic team as a Credit Controller and play a key role in their financial operations! You will be responsible for the collections of payments and clearance of bad debt.

What You'll Do

• Managing and maintaining customer accounts to ensure timely payments
• Make calls and send out reminders and follow-up correspondence to ensure payments are received on time
• Collaborating with various teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Preparing reports on account status and outstanding debts
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
