Job summary

Brightwork are currently recruiting for a Credit Control / Finance Assistant to join our client, a prestigious organisation in North Lanarkshire on an ongoing temporary basis. Working within their global finance function, the successful candidate will take responsibility for their own ledger, managing debtors and ensuring timely processing of all invoices/remittances.

Duties include assessing potential customers with credit checks, monitoring debt levels to maintain cash flow, reporting balances

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with invoices and remittances processes.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess potential customers with credit checks and risk reports.
• Manage customer accounts and cash flow by monitoring debt levels.
• Report customer balances monthly and yearly.
• Pursue outstanding debt proactively.
