Job summary

Essex County Council's ECC Adult Social Care is recruiting for a temp, on-call care assistant to join Longwood Place Residential in Langdon Hills. You will cover sickness and annual leave, working shifts across days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

You will be part of a rota to deliver person-centred care, support independence and safety, with full training provided and induction paid. Experience in care or a willingness to learn, GCSE level, good communication, and a flexible, reliable
